Bio

I'm Josh Bright, a Nashville-based touring musician, playback engineer and music director. Before the road, I spent more than a decade in ministry as a worship leader. Those years shaped the musician I am today—leading bands, building arrangements, directing rehearsals and learning how to bring people, music and technology together.

Ministry taught me that a great performance starts long before the first note—with preparation, communication, adaptability and care for the people beside you. From rehearsals and arrangements to playback and the unexpected, I learned to serve the song and support the team. That foundation now travels with me: on bass, in music direction, and behind the systems that keep a show moving.
