Ten years in worship and music leadership taught me how to lead a band, build arrangements, run rehearsals, manage playback, communicate from the stage, and stay calm when something inevitably goes sideways. Long before touring became the job, this was where I learned how to do the job — serving the song, supporting the people around me, and making sure the show keeps moving.
